HOW THE SKI PREP CHALLENGE WORKS

Virtual Workouts

  • Join live workouts via Zoom on Monday & Thursdays mornings at 7:30 am Mountain Time for 45 minutes, anywhere you have an internet connection

  • Workouts are recorded & available 30 minutes after the class so that you can still get stronger on your own schedule

  • Turning on your camera optional, but fun!

  • Workouts require only a few sets of dumbbells and a small open space

  • Modifications offered for different ability levels

  • Focus of the workouts vary to help you prepare appropriately for winter recreation

  • Follow along as Hannah provides instruction, coaching cues, and encouragement throughout

  • Short Sunday afternoon stretch class to help you recover from the week’s training and prepare to attack the next one

    DIY Cardio

  • On Sunday’s you will receive a suggested schedule for the week, including 2 cardiorespiratory workouts. The length of time, the intervals, and the rate of perceived exertion will all be detailed for you.

  • You choose how and when you accomplish these sessions. You can climb a mountain, ride your bike, go on a jog, swim, or use any piece of stationary cardio equipment.

    Optional Accountability

  • All Challenge participants will receive access to a shared sheet.

  • Complete a workout and log your points & stay on track

  • Earn points for consistent effort, and maybe even win some prizes!

  • Access to a private Facebook group

What past Ski Prep Challenge participants have to say:

“Haven’t had that much fun & progress in conditioning in years & years. Thanks so much for the program & your daily leadership.” Brennan K

“I thought the progression was good. I could barely walk the first two weeks and couldn’t complete all the days after taking so much time off only riding my bicycle. But by the end I was feeling super strong.” Stacey B
